Can you format Arabic and right-to-left languages?
Yes. Right-to-left language projects can be assessed for layout direction, alignment, typography and page-flow requirements.
Can you recreate the layout from a PDF?
This depends on the PDF and the complexity of the source design. Editable source files are preferable, but PDF-only projects can be reviewed to determine what is possible.
